1. Is there oil in your tank?

 

2. When was the last time you filled your tank?

 

3. Did you check the emergency switch? (RED SWITCH) & boiler switches 

 

4. Do you have a Digital or Manual thermostat?

  – Digital? Have you changed the batteries, how long has it been since you changed them?

  -Manual? Thermostats should be on 85 degrees for both manual and digital.

 

5. Have you hit the reset button?

 

6. Is there no heat in only one room or the whole house?

 

* If the weather is very cold that day, we recommend you turn up the degrees on the thermostat to 90 degrees.
